Course Description - This workshop will focus on the knowledge and skills necessary to perform comprehensive evaluations of children with swallowing disorders and to design appropriate intervention programs.  Practical strategies for assessment and intervention will be discussed.  Case examples will be used to illustrate assessment and intervention strategies.  Participants will enhance their clinical skills utilizing problem solving strategies based on case studies.  Multidisciplinary treatment approaches to assessment and intervention will also be addressed.
